As we provide customized printing services, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. Please double-check your files before uploading to ensure all details are correct.
If you need to make changes after uploading, contact our support team immediately. We may be able to update your file before printing, but this may incur additional charges.
Once a card has been printed, no changes or exchanges can be made.
Keep in mind while ordering a PVC card. In case of a wrong PVC card order, https://smartcardshop.in does not accept returns. However, in instances where the wrong product or damaged product is delivered to the customer, we will either initiate the refund for the wrongly/damaged product or initiate shipping the correct product again, as the customer may request upon communication. Such communication has to be initiated by the customer within 24 hours of delivery.
Order once placed, it cannot be cancelled or edited.
Refund or replacement of defective products requires valid visual (photo/video) proof. Products with a broken seal will be automatically rejected.
The refunds normally take 2-3 working days.
